The bike portion of the Valpo Tri is a 12.4 mile race. The out and back course starts in the park and then exits out onto county roads. This portion of the race follows the 1/4 mile swim.

 

ANSI/SNELL approved helmets are required for this race. Failure to produce and wear this type of helmet can result in disqualification from the event.
